Shareholders are the actual owners of the company.
I read somewhere today that with the 50 Mil shares of Entourage we would own roughly 80% of Entourage.
For 80% ownership of CMKX mineral rights we now own 80% of those same rights because we are majority owners of Entourage however CMKX owns 80% of all of Entourages own mineral rights on the Uranium properties because we are 80% owners of Entourage itself. This deal is also good for Entourage also because now they are not confined to Uranium exploration. They now have significant holdings in diamondland. Yet we still have our portion of the Carolyn pipe and who knows how many other acres of diamondland mineral rights we can still call our own. Gee I forgot to mention we still own the American shaft that is still to our knowledge producing gold.
Suddenly this deal may not be as bad as I first thought. We would have controlling interest in Entourage and they could not simply print new shares without our permission to minimize our percentage of holdings. On a shareholder vote we would trump them hands down.
What do you all think of that one? Logged

So now we have a LARGE interest in a Uranium mining company. Remember, Uranium ain't cheap. Anthing of value pulled out of one of our claims and there seems to be a JV partner waiting in the wings, that's now monetarily obligated to process it.
We've got interest in gold, micro (at least) diamonds, Uranium, and a few other minerals.
Whatever the outcome, just give me a pps on CMKX. And then we will have to take it from there.
Whatever Urban does is what Urban has been planning to do. We knew whenever you go to court you are looking at wasted time, but at least you have closure on LEGALITY issues. I don't want no ENRON scandals popping up just when the pps is announced. And believe me, if Urban had of announced some CRAZY figure on the pps, and that would have been anything near a penny, this legal crap would just be starting.
Also the shorting gone unchecked would have obliterated the company probably before the last chime of the opening bell.
We have given the mm's plenty of time to pass trillions of shares back and forth. Somewhere there should be a few fines (at least). And what would really be GREAT is if Urban has been buying up all these billions of shorted shares and there is a NEGATIVE float. Wonder what kind of money will be paid for a trillion shorted shares, owned by the company that's been shorted. What a source of revenue. THat could possibly be more money than the mines ever produce.
It looks like that there is a positive cashflow coming in from everywhere, minus legal fees (WHICH ARE GONNA BE STEEP), but necessary.
If a R/S does come, oh well, knew it could happen.
If a buyout happens, anything over .0002 and at least I won't loose anything.
Let's hope all the legal issues are straight and that the roadblocks have been cleared. We might not make it to the moon, as long as we are not at the bottom of the mountain I'll be satisfied with my investment.
Hold'n here till the fat lady sings.
Good luck folks.
