I listened to your interview on CFRN last night. While you both make your message board rounds, I hope that you find this post...

John Martin/Mark Faulk:
It is quite an honor to be one of the many CMKX shareholders that have been propelled into such a phenomenal position as to uncover the evils that so rampidly pollute our financial system. There is no greater time than NOW, with the opportunity presented by the CMKX Task Force and their subsequent 100% Certificate pull, to engage in actions of monumental proportions, as we advance as a 'unified front' in this no-doubt worthy cause.
Like many, I have been invested in CMKX for a rather long time. To rehash the individual stories of hope, and, unfortunately, loss….of more than just monetary positions, but, also those associated with decreased confidence in the market place, not to mention, a potential loss of a degree of faith in our fellow man…..would be repetitive acknowledgments that, I am sure you are both very familiar with.
As we proceed with this valiant cause, my stance as a concerned shareholder has not diminished. Those justified feelings still linger in the face of, what seems to be, at times, a rather confusing situation for our massive shareholder base. CMKX Shareholders from all around the globe, spanning many countries, have been collectively called upon to navigate harsh waters as we hope to set right an apparent wrong that has plagued the financial markets for so long. While we patiently await our ‘proof’ of this massive injustice…. with every share that is accounted for by the Task Force through incoming certificates from dedicated shareholders, who have collectively joined a cause greater than themselves…. attention has seemingly drifted away from the man behind the name Urban Casavant.
To venture down this road, I may find myself alone…if this is the case, so be it…but, after listening to your interview last night, unanswered questions surfaced in my mind, even while listening to Two men (yourselves) that appear to have every right intention as far as unveiling these wrongs that pollute our market place. Even still, not one mention was made about Urban Casavant during that interview…. as attention has shifted towards “correcting a problem on a global scale”. Again, while this is a worthy cause, sometimes I, as a dedicated, long-term shareholder, have trouble distinguishing who EXACTLY our enemy is…this concern, I hope, is somewhat consistent with the thoughts of many shareholders….
Urban Casavant has become a man of mystery and intrigue, all while leaving so many questions unanswered…. for fear that these questions may NEVER be answered, is why I am writing this post. While you both succeeded at convincing a global audience of the scale of this injustice, it seems as if Urban Casavant is, slowly, yet surely, slipping out the back door—hiding behind the guise of a naked short position that may or may not exist. Our questions are simple and past PR's should be easy to expound upon.....In my opinion, this great venture to unveil a large NSS postion, and the further victimization of all CMKX sharheholders, should not over shadow the seemingly empty promises provided by our management.
Our present situation....our present quest to unveil Naked Shorting.....should not be given a backseat to the very thing the majority of us invested in CMKX in the first place. Maps showing great potential under the surface of CMKX's claims were paraded around at the races....with Urban Casavant attracting those that could have used the help the most. It is EXTREMELY unsettling to know that, after PR's dictating so much potential, that our company is now, not only revoked, but bankrupt, as well....with our CEO stepping down....and, all efforts being redirected, not towards our Assets, but, towards proving a NSS position--that, hopefully exists, for it appears to be our empowerment to provide "Value" to ourselves.
While you call on us to put pressure on our brokers for the delivery of our rightfully owned/purchased shares into certificate form, my hope is that, whether it be Bill Frizzell or one of you two, someone will apply pressure to Urban Casavant. The addition of his holdings of CMKX, assuming the value that he seemingly placed into proving a large NSS position, should speak volumes when his shares are accounted for on the running count of accounted for shares. Doubt still lingers on the boards and amongst the thoughts of shareholders as to whether he even holds a position in CMKX, at this time. As you have called upon the shareholders to do with their brokers, this same pressure should be applied to Urban Casavant—to reveal his holdings as they currently stand in lieu of a NSS position that he apparently believes in deeply. For one to NOT hold shares in CMKX, even in the face of revocation, if one believes so highly in this cause, would not personify a ‘United Front” insofar as what appears to be a global calling of the shareholders to MAKE for themselves the value that seemed so evident in the glorious press releases of the company.
Even in lieu of revocation, questions about our TDEM still remain outstanding and great pressure should be applied to those in management to answer these questions. My concern, as a shareholder, revolves around the fact that, maybe….just maybe…..while this becomes a problem that we are trying to conquer on a global scale, maybe there is some concern WITHIN the very management and leadership of our own company. When OUR very own CEO refuses to reveal his holding, that speaks volumes to the shareholders, especially when 1,000s globally have stepped forward and heeded the call as they have revealed their individual positions. While Urban and his family so generously announced that they would not be taking part in the distribution of ETGMF, there is still a place for their shares in proving a large NSS position, if this effort is to be seen as valid and worthwhile for the pursuit of all shareholders worldwide.
Thank you for the job, and the sacrifices, that you two men have made as you try to sort through the nit-and-grit of this situation…standing on the front-line of this war, we shareholders long for strong, ethical, unwavering leadership that will guide us through the hardest of times. I personally ‘thank you’ for all the efforts you both have made in helping to bring justice to whomever deserves it. While this process continues in full force, there is no doubt in my mind that the shareholders of this company have been made the victim of some extensive acts. My hope is that, in the future, answers with be forthcoming about the CMKX we now know, as well as the pre-revocation CMKX that was so uplifted through glorified PRs and IR men that served as a 'safe haven' for shareholders. While we pursue this situation on a global level, I am confidant that, if those in managerial positions in our company have done any wrong, that the shareholders will be placed first and justice will be served.
While I may not speak for ALL the CMKX shareholders, I hope my thoughts are somewhat consistent with a majority of them. If they are not, I am sure I will be made aware of it in this thread....lol.....if we do not hold these thoughts in common, we do, at least, hold in common the fact that we have ALL 'lost' money....and are seeking, as diligently as possible, for answers.
Thank you for your consideration of this post,
Howie
