If we get 1 share of Entourage for each 14,000 shares of CMKX.
5mil shares of CMKX divided by 14,000 = 357 shares of Entourage.
357 X closing price Friday of .24 = 85.68
If you own 5 mil or less of CMKX you will need certficate processing fees of less than 85.00 to make any return what so ever on your order of CMKX certificates.
Many Brokerages only let you get 9-10 Mil in one cert.
9,000,000 divided by 14,000 = 642.85
642.85 X .24 = 154.28
The conclusion is any shareholder with 5 Mil or less shares of CMKX may pay more for certificates than their shares of ETGMF will be worth.
IMHO you will needs certs of 9 Mil or more to bring any kind of decent return for your certificate requests.
I think for that reason thousands of CMKX shareholders will refuse to get certs. It will cost them more for the certs than the Entourage distribution will be worth.
This is going to change the distribution rate for the Enourage shares. The 14000 shares of CMKX for 1 share of Entourage is based upon 700 Bil shares of CMKX divided by 50 Mil shares of Entourage.
If only half the shareholders get certs than 350 Bil shares of CMKX divided by 50 Mil shares of Entourage becomes = 1 share of Entourage for each 7,000 shares of CMKX.
Do the math. All the more reason to order your certs IMHO.
